Orders under £20 ship for a flat £5.99.
Dispatch: every order is picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time: your order arrives within 8 days of being placed - dispatch and delivery all in. We will email you when your parcel is on its way.
Where we deliver: everywhere in the United Kingdom.
A note on larger items: brackets, stands and large baskets are sturdy things and travel well, but if anything arrives less than perfect, email us and we will put it right straight away.

How long does delivery take?

Do you dispatch at weekends?
No. Dispatch runs Monday to Friday, so an order placed on a Saturday or Sunday is picked, packed and sent from Monday.
Do you deliver to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?
Yes. We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom on the same terms, with no regional surcharge.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@hangingbasketco.co.uk and a real person will put it right straight away. Every order is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do you deliver live plants?
No. We sell and deliver hanging baskets, brackets, liners, watering kit and artificial displays, never live plants.
